I’m interested in having a thoughtful exchange of ideas on the differences, similarities, features, and overlaps of a traditional business process management platform-based approach to driving process execution and improvement versus the use of emerging agentic-driven workflows for the same purposes. Do we need both to cover the full range of required capabilities for a highly dynamic and responsive approach to managing a business through known, predictable, and unpredictable events in its operating environment ?
