The Nature of Work & Workforce Transitions

As agent/agentic approaches begin to make early inroads at performing previously human-centric tasks, it is incumbent on organizations to take stock now of the emerging skills that will be required to codify the values, tacit knowledge, customer service principles, market knowledge, etc. into documented guidelines and guardrails for future agentic solutions. There is no time to lose in identifying key staff who understand these critical principles and insights and begin upskilling them to serve as process leaders who help shape the path forward (as opposed to wantonly releasing them).
